What are my shipping options and what does it cost?

Delivery charges for all items vary per country and per item due to weight and size. For information about shipping rates simply add a product to your basket and select your country. Shipping rates for your destination will automatically show at checkout. 


Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs polices and import duties differ from country to country.

Do all items in orders ship together?

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.

For example, we send our art prints in durable envelopes and mugs in a larger box. 

Will I get an email with my order details?

Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all details. If your shipment is trackable, we will include the tracking ID in your shipping confirmation email.

How long will my order take?

Each product is made to order and shipping time depends on the destination country and on the product. This means an order delivery can vary between 7-16 business days. During holidays and Black Friday weekend, some orders may take a little longer due to the large volume of orders. We would suggest that the customer wait up to 28 working days for delivery as delivery times can vary from country to country.

Who ships my package?

Local mail carriers are used most frequently. If your package includes tracking, you will be provided with a link that will direct you to the carrier’s website.

Can I track my order?

Some products are shipped with tracking, some are not. We’ll send you an email once your order ships and will include the tracking ID (if there is one) and instructions for how to follow it.


Can I return my item?

All items may be returned within 28 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we will not accept returns after 28 days. The items must be in the condition received with all original packaging and labels – unworn, unwashed and undamaged. 

How do I make a return?

If you would like to return any of your items, please email us with your order number and the items you would like to return, so that we can advise. The item cost (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded once received. Mini Heroes does not cover return shipping fees unless an error was made on our end. Credit card refunds can take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank, and PayPal refunds are received instantly.
